PresortXtra provides low-volume mailers with savings up to 51% on First-Class® postage. This convenient service includes mail pick-ups scheduled when you need them along with Delivery Point Validation and Move Update. Pitney Bowes does the work; you keep the savings! Save between 4% to 51% on your First Class letters and flats.

• Use your meter. Process qualifying mail at the discounted rate. Date it for the next day.
• Pitney Bowes will pick up your mail, process it at our presort center, and deliver it to the USPS® for final delivery.

• It doesn’t matter if your mailing is level throughout the month, or batched into heavy mailing periods. If you mail as few as 250 letters and 150 flats a day, you can obtain real savings now, no matter how often you mail.
• No long-term contracts required
• Mail is delivered to the USPS for final delivery
• 55 program fee applies only on the days that you use the service
• A sort fee of $0.02 per piece will be charged for every First-Class letter processed through the PresortXtra program
• A sort fee of $0.45 per piece will be charged for every First-Class flat processed through the PresortXtra program
